Hello! My Opel Astra 2022, with the same dashboard as this one, had no radio or Wi-Fi signal. After being parked for 5 hours, I turned the ignition on and the radio and Wi-Fi never turned on again. It gives the following message "radio antenna is not yet available. Please wait", and never turns on the signal again. Looks like the radio is dead. What could it be? Thanks!

Бесполезная мультимедиа, купили hiphi x, но кроме радио и mp3 ничего не работает, ни карты, ни youtube, даже клипы свои не поставить, он пустой, огромные два экрана и бестолковые, ничего нет. Программы, google, симкарта работают только в Китае. Прошивки нет и опасно так как гарантия. Что делать не знаешь. В остальном он супер удобный и комфортный.

I'm amazed BMW failed to put tactile separators between the console buttons, making it impossible to accurately use the center controls comfortably without looking down. Mazda does such a better job with this. Fail, BMW, fail. The 4-way crystal wheel also takes far too much force to move in each direction. In summary for the BMW center console: "task failed successfully".

It's crazy that we are now using our Google account in the cars as well, but regarding privacy, unless you DO NOT use the location services day and night in your phone or tablet, you are already sharing all this info with Google. Most people don't even care about location history, which is a major feature in Google Maps many times agreeing into the functionality without even reading the prompts what they are accepting. Also, in this car model, you can operate without logging into Google, but the experience is not as complete. To name an example, I've owned a Toyota Corolla a couple of years ago, and their app MyT also kept location history from the car as well as fuel level, ECO driving rating, etc. Every company does this in some degree, in my opinion it's more relevant to be mindful of "how many" companies are you giving away your data, rather that just being cautious about Google in particular. Lastly, in this Megane E-Tech, I find super convenient the wireless Apple Car integration in combination with the wireless phone charger to compensate for the heavy Bluetooth usage.

From the owners manual: "Check that all smart keys are outside the vehicle when using Remote Operation function. Remote Operation function will operate only when the smart key is within 13 ft. (4 m) from the vehicle. If there is no vehicle movement even when the Forward ( ) or Backward ( ) button is pressed on the smart key, check the distance to the vehicle and press the button again. The detecting range of the smart key may vary depending on the surroundings that are affected by radio waves such as transmission tower, broadcast station, etc."
